Privacy notice
1. Who is responsible
Digital Value Team is operated by De Hunter Holding BV, Netherlands, registration number 24493568 and VAT number 8223.64.980.B.01. De Hunter Holding BV is responsible for the processing described here. Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through the contact form.
2. Website data
The website application does not set cookies, use analytics, build profiles, or run advertising technology. Except when a visitor deliberately submits the contact form described below, it does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, or other visitor information.
Like any hosted website, Hostinger and internet infrastructure providers necessarily process technical request data such as an IP address, requested page, timestamp, browser information, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Digital Value Team does not use that data for advertising or visitor analytics. The legal basis is legitimate interests in secure, reliable website delivery. Technical records are retained only as configured or required by the hosting provider for operational and security purposes.
3. Cookies and local storage
Digital Value Team configures no website cookies or browser storage. No consent banner is shown because no optional cookies are used. A hosting or network provider may use strictly necessary security or load-balancing mechanisms; these are not used by Digital Value Team for analytics or marketing.
4. InkQuote app data
InkQuote stores quote content, pricing settings, presets, branding settings, and a derived entitlement status in app-private storage on the device. Digital Value Team does not receive this content through InkQuote. The user decides when to delete it.
If a user chooses a system share or email action, the selected content is handled by the operating system and the services or recipients chosen by the user. Apple or Google processes purchase and restoration information under its own terms and privacy notice. InkQuote receives only the product and entitlement information needed to provide Premium features.
5. Contact form
If you use the contact form, we receive the selected product, your email address, and the message you choose to provide. These fields are necessary to understand and answer the request. We use the information only to respond, maintain necessary support records, protect our rights, and meet legal obligations. The website does not create a user account or marketing profile from a submission. Please do not send sensitive health information, identification documents, payment details, or confidential client material.
Form messages are delivered to the Digital Value Team support mailbox through the hosting provider’s mail facilities. They are retained only while reasonably needed for the request, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations, and are not used for newsletters or advertising.
6. Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal data. Technical hosting, app-store, operating-system, and email providers may process data as independent controllers or service providers under their own notices and safeguards, potentially outside the European Economic Area.
7. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability, and the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority. These rights depend on the circumstances and legal exceptions. Use the contact form to exercise a right.
8. Changes
We may update this notice when the website, apps, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
